How does the Lifetime Guarantee work?
If your dog destroys an eligible product under normal use, we replace it. It’s that simple.
To submit a claim, we require your order number, a photo of the damaged product, your current shipping information, and the unusable ball must be returned if requested. One replacement per ball.
Can my dog actually destroy this ball?
No dog toy is completely indestructible. But this ball is built to outlast anything you’ve bought before.
It’s designed for real dogs, real play, and repeated use. If your dog manages to destroy it under normal use, that’s exactly why we stand behind it.
Is this safe for my dog’s teeth?
Our products are designed for durability and active play. However, no toy is meant for unsupervised use. PERIOD.
Always supervise your dog during play and remove any product that becomes damaged or unusable.
Do your products float?
Yes. All of our products float.
They are perfect for water retrieves, dock diving, pool play, and any environment where visibility and retrieval matter.
What size should I choose?
We offer Medium (2.75") and Large (3.5").
Medium is ideal for most dogs. Large is better for bigger dogs, stronger biters, or anyone who wants a larger target for fetch and training.
What’s the difference between solid, camo, and glow?
The difference is visual style and use case.
Solid colors are clean and simple. Camo patterns are more aggressive and unique. Glow options are premium and easier to see in low-light or nighttime play.
Can I add a grip handle?
Yes. Many of our products can be upgraded with a grip handle.
This gives you better control for throwing, tug, training, and interactive play. Just select the option before adding to cart.
Is this just for fetch or can I use it for training?
This is not just a fetch toy.
It’s used for reward-based training, engagement, possession work, tug, and structured play. It’s built for working dogs just as much as pet dogs.

Our products are good for all dogs that like toys.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days after shipment. Tracking is provided as soon as your order goes out.
