Our balls are made from premium EVA foam — a dense, non-toxic material that's virtually impossible to break into chunks. It's the same type of material trusted by thousands of dog owners in the working dog community. We source our EVA foam from a supplier who provides a full MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to ensure the safety of every product.
We offer two sizes: Medium (2.5 inches) and Large (3 inches). Medium is great for most dogs and fits standard ball launchers. Large is ideal for bigger breeds or dogs who prefer a mouthful.
We currently offer 16 vibrant color options. We believe your dog's reward toy should have personality — match it to your dog's collar, your team colors, or just pick your favorite. Express yourself.
For an additional $4, you can add a textured rubber grip handle to any ball. Unlike rope handles that shred and hurt your hands, our rubber grip with webbing center is built for comfort during long training sessions. It also makes tug-of-war possible and helps you throw farther.
Yes! EVA foam is naturally buoyant. Throw it in a pool, lake, river, or ocean — it floats every time. Perfect for dock diving, water retrieval training, or just summer fun at the lake.
Our balls are designed to withstand the most powerful jaws. They don't split or break into chunks like rubber or plastic toys. The EVA foam is essentially self-healing — the most damage you'll typically see is puncture holes from teeth, which don't affect the ball's performance or safety. That said, no toy is 100% indestructible, and we always recommend supervised play.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We frequently run free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
If your product suffers from a manufacturing defect under normal fetch use, we'll replace it for free — you just cover shipping. Simply snap a photo of the damage, email it to our support team, and we'll send a replacement. No time limit. No fine print.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal intended use (fetch, retrieval training, water play). This includes splitting, cracking, or breaking into chunks — things that should never happen with our EVA foam.
The guarantee does not cover damage from chewing or using the product as a chew toy. Our balls are designed as fetch and training toys, not chew toys. Normal puncture holes from teeth during fetch are expected and don't affect performance. Intentional destruction, misuse, or leaving the toy unsupervised with an aggressive chewer is not covered.
It's simple: 1) Take a photo of the damaged product. 2) Email it to our support team with your order number. 3) We'll review it and ship a free replacement — you just pay shipping. Most claims are processed within 48 hours.
Absolutely. Our EVA foam is non-toxic and BPA-free. We specifically sourced our material from a supplier who provides a full MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to verify the safety of every component. Your dog's health is our top priority.
Our EVA foam doesn't break into chunks like rubber or plastic toys — that's one of its biggest advantages. The most you'll see is small puncture marks from teeth. However, if your dog does manage to bite off a small piece, EVA foam is non-toxic and will pass through naturally. As always, we recommend supervised play and consulting your vet if you have concerns.
Our toys are best suited for dogs with adult teeth. For puppies under 6 months, we recommend softer teething toys. Once your pup has their adult teeth and is ready for fetch training, our Medium size ball is a great starting point.

Yes! Our Medium size (2.5 inches) is compatible with standard ball launchers like the Chuckit. The Large size (3 inches) may not fit all launchers, so check your launcher's specifications.
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, we cannot modify orders.
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
