Thank you for shopping with Indestructible Dog Ball. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

2. Lifetime Guarantee Replacements

We stand behind our products with a limited lifetime guarantee.

If your product becomes unusable due to normal dog use, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A clear photo of the damaged product
• Your current shipping information
• The unusable product must be returned if requested

We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears to involve misuse, intentional damage, or abuse of the guarantee policy.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect usability
• Damage caused by improper use or lack of supervision
• Lost or stolen items
• Products that have not become unusable

4. Order Issues & Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when submitting a guarantee claim, unless otherwise specified.

6. Policy Abuse

We monitor all replacement claims. Abuse of the lifetime guarantee or refund policy may result in denial of future claims and/or refusal of service.
