SELF-HEALING EVA FOAM
Our balls are made from premium closed-cell EVA foam — the same family of materials trusted in professional athletic equipment and marine applications. The dense cellular structure allows the foam to compress and bounce back, effectively "healing" around tooth punctures.
This is why you'll see small puncture marks from your dog's teeth but the ball never splits, cracks, or breaks into dangerous chunks. The material absorbs the bite force and redistributes it across the entire surface.

Splitting, cracking, breaking into chunks, or falling apart during normal fetch play. Our EVA foam is designed to be self-healing — small tooth puncture marks are normal wear and are NOT a defect. The ball should never split open or break apart.
Damage from chewing sessions (leaving the ball with your dog unsupervised as a chew toy), damage from lawnmowers or other equipment, intentional destruction, or loss. Our balls are fetch toys, not chew toys — they're designed to survive the catch, not hours of stationary gnawing.
The replacement ball itself is free. You just cover the shipping cost to get it to you. We think that's a fair deal for a brand new ball.
