3. Lifetime Guarantee

We offer a limited lifetime guarantee on eligible products. If a product becomes unusable due to normal dog use, we may offer a one-time replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase, documentation of damage, and return the unusable product if requested. The guarantee applies to one replacement per product and does not cover misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery
